Factor V Leiden

How serious is Factor V Leiden. I nearly died in Nov. of 1997. They finally found out through the Mayo Clinic, I had Factor V Leiden.

Are you on Coumadin or Aspirin? No birth control or hormone replacements therapy? Nothing to worry about! :) Sounds like you already had a clot, so now you know, the signs are unmistakeable.
