Is there a relevance of thyroid nodules and anticoagulation?

I have been on warfarin for 2 years. Factor V on both sides of my parents. An ultrasound revealed a nodule on the thyroid gland. I am awaiting to see an endocrinologist. My aunt died of thyroid cancer. Is there a common occurence with factor v leiden and thyroid problems?

I would be interested in this as well, as I was diagnosed with the same condition less than 3 months ago.

Interseting, yes...same for me..positive for Factor 5 and 2, and have Hashiomoto's....several years of thyroid ultrasounds for follow-up..
