Please Help??

I have factor V leidon and have already had a pulmonary embolism in the past triggered by the contraceptive pill however I have been told by my doctor I will not need shots daily when I get pregnant and just to watch out for signs of a clot!? I dont want to take that risk! We will be trying for a baby very soon and I am so so so scared!!! :O( What should I do xx

I am currently pregnant with my 2nd child and have been on Lovenox injections during each pregnancy. I have FVL homo and had a PE after breaking my ankle (while on BC). I have had a sucessful pregnancy and this one seems to be going well also. I would personally get a 2nd opinion. You need to see a hematologist or a high risk OB. Good luck.
